We call the recipient first to arrange a delivery time. If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, the we may choose to:
Leave the arrangement with a neighbor and attach a note to the recipient's door saying who has accepted the arrangement on their behalf
Leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call the florist's shop and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery.
If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace. Incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may delay delivery.
Due to increased volume of floral and gift orders being delivered during peak holiday periods, most florists require flexible delivery dates during these times. For this reason we cannot offer same-day or next-day delivery during the following major floral holiday periods: Christmas, New Year's Eve, Orthodox Christmas, Peisakh, Hanukkah, Sukkot, Valentine's Day, Women's Day and Easter.
