The actual time and date your order is delivered on are affected by the time of day your order is placed, weather conditions, and the distance from Israel. Our delivery policies explain all the available delivery options and how we process orders.

Delivery to the following Israel cities is charged in the amount of $4.99:
Afula, Akko, Arad, Ariel, Ashdod, Ashkelon, Azur, Bat-Yam, Beer-Sheva, Bnei-Brak, Karmiel, Demona, Eilat, Givataim, Hadera, Haifa, Herzliya, Hod Hasharon, Holon, Jerusalem, Kfar Saba, Lod, Nahariya, Nes-Ziona, Netaniya, Nazareth, Or Yehuda, Petah Tikwa, Raanana, Ramat-Gan, Ramat-Hasharon, Ramle, Rehovot, Rishon LeZion, Tel Aviv, Tveriya, Yavne, Yehud.
Deliveries of the orders outside of the above cities are charged in the amount of $9.95, deliveries to Ramada and HaGolan areas are charged in the amount of $19.95.
You may inquire into the status of any existing order by contacting our customer service by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have your order number available for prompt service. If we have any difficulties with your order, we will contact you by telephone and/or email.
Please, allow a minimum of 2 business days to process the delivery. Nevertheless, In Israel, next-day delivery is available Monday through Saturday on orders received before 8:00 a.m. Israel time (GMT +3) excluding holidays and peak floral delivery periods. Orders received after 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone may be delivered the next delivery day. We cannot guarantee delivery on Sunday and legal holidays. Please make sure that your order information is accurate and complete in order to avoid delivery delays.
We make our deliveries during normal business hours and later hours within requested day of delivery (except religious holidays). However, we will be unable to guarantee delivery requests for a specific time or within an hourly range. The exact delivery times are subject to schedule by the local florist. Requests may be taken for either an AM or PM delivery, but they can not be guaranteed.
We call the recipient first to arrange a delivery time. If the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery, the we may choose to:
Leave the arrangement with a neighbor and attach a note to the recipient's door saying who has accepted the arrangement on their behalf
Leave a note on the recipient's door asking the recipient to call the florist's shop and arrange a convenient time for re-delivery.
If the recipient is at work all day, we suggest sending the arrangement to the workplace. Incomplete or incorrect address or phone numbers may delay delivery.
Due to increased volume of floral and gift orders being delivered during peak holiday periods, most florists require flexible delivery dates during these times. For this reason we cannot offer same-day or next-day delivery during the following major floral holiday periods: Christmas, New Year's Eve, Orthodox Christmas, Peisakh, Hanukkah, Sukkot, Valentine's Day, Women's Day and Easter.
